Uxbridge Skate Park Fundraising Stones

Be a "Friend of the Skate Park”. There are now opportunities for both individuals and businesses to show their support of the project and see their name permanently displayed within the park.  Granite stones are being sandblasted with individual, family, memorial, or corporate names. These stones will then line the walkway of the Uxbridge Rotary Skate Park. 

Individual, Family and Memorial Stones  

Purchase a 8 x 8 inch granite stone for yourself, your family, your children or in memory of a loved one for the price of $150.00. A tax receipt will be issued by the Township of Uxbridge

Corporate Stones
 
Advertise your club, organization or business by purchasing a corporate 12 x 12 inch granite stone for the price of $250.00. An invoice will be generated by the Township of Uxbridge for your records.
 
Please click the link below that will direct you to the printable order form.  These forms can be mailed or delivered to the Township of Uxbridge by FRIDAY OCTOBER 12TH 2012.  


There are a limited number of stones,  so please act quickly to ensure you dont miss out on this wonderful way to show your support for youth and the Township of Uxbridge.  If you do not have access to a print, order forms are available for pick up at the Uxbridge Youth Centre (34 Brock Street West).

Donations

Donations to the construction of the Skate Park can be made to the address below.  It is essential that you note that your donation is to be directed towards building a new skate park.  A taxable receipt (for donations over $20) can be provided by the township please ensure that you provide your return address.
